Where do you want to be?
If you want to have money in your pocket, make new friends, gain confidence and get a job, then e2e is for you.
At Impact, we can give you training and support, help you to gain work experience and ultimately help you take the first steps towards achieving your personal goals.
Entry to Employment is all about YOU. You can gain the skills and confidence you need to gain a place at college, an apprenticeship, or a job.
Eligibility for e2e:
Then e2e is for you!!!!!!
E2e is funded by the Learning and Skills Council, who are responsible for funding and planning education and training for over 16 year olds in England.
This means that as an e2e learner, you will receive £45 a week in training allowances.
You will also get all of your travel expenses paid for, and there is also the opportunity to receive bonus payments for gaining qualifications or excellent attendance.
It is hard work, but it is a lot of fun and well worth it!
Sorted!!!
One student is now a trainee riding instructor in Gilgrux, another is doing his NVQ III in IT through RWP, a Carlisle based provider. Others have moved on to be hairdressers, administrators and our most recent is working towards his qualification in Gym Instruction through the Gym at the Oval Centre in Salterbeck.
One of our learners has this to say:
“ I first joined e2e in November 2003. At this point I wasn’t sure which career I wanted to excel in. With the help and support of e2e, I chose a career that suited me and started to look at where to start. E2e found me a couple of excellent work placements and I was soon being trained. Thanks to the support I have received from e2e, I am now being employed by a company and I am pursuing an NVQ III on IT”
I would recommend this to anyone who doesn’t know what they want to do, as long as you work with them you will have as much help and support as you need.”
