Types of Training

There are 3 main elements to the training services we provide.

• Vocational—helping you choose a career and providing the learning advice and guidance you will need. This might involve work experience which we also arrange for you.

• Improving your life skills if necessary—we can give you hands on help to get you up to speed with your reading, writing and number skills if you need them.

• Personal and social building—talk

to you about your strengths, help you make plans to achieve your goals, build up your confidence and give you practical advice and help on emotional, social or other issues you might have.

How we Train

Our training services are really flexible and safe. We always aim to meet your needs individually. This means that whatever you choose to do we plan and agree together what will be best and how long will it take.

It never gets boring as our experienced staff use all sorts of training methods such as:

• One to One

• Group work

• Internet Learning

Whatever works best for you! (and as an additional bonus you receive an individual assessment which allows you to achieve the maximum from your chosen course of study).

Our Help

Whatever you choose to do we can help with some of the costs that might crop up like travel or childcare and we make sure your benefits are not affected in anyway. We also offer Learn Direct courses, Webwise and Skillwise training.
