The communal areas of the building include a laundry, fully fitted kitchen area and lounge, a guest room, assisted bathroom and lovely garden seating areas.

All tenants have the opportunity to have pendant/bracelet alarms in case of emergency and other assistive technology is available.

Impact have a staff presence at the scheme five days a week to offer support to all residents to enable people to stay safe, remain independent, and fulfill their potential and lifestyles in a relaxed and informal environment.
