Room hire

Impact has a wide range of rooms available to hire for conferences, meetings or training venues.  Whatever your needs we can help.  Look at our venue brochures and contact us for further details.  All our sites are fully accessible and reasonably priced.  You can also visit the links opposite to see what else we provide at the venues.

We provide meeting rooms at the below venues:

  • Old Brewery Residence, Carlisle:  minutes from the City centre with room hire for up to 50 people (theatre style) plus catering can be arranged.  Rates:  £70 for Half Day (4hrs), £140 for Full Day (8hrs) these prices include all AV equipment
  • Eden Rural Foyer, Penrith: Eden Rural Foyer has excellent conference facilities including our most popular Bloomfield Suite. This suite can seat up to 45 delegates in a theatre style or 26 delegates boardroom style. We have smaller rooms available for one to one meetings and meetings for up to 12 delegates.  We offer discounted prices for charitable organisations.  We are situated in Penrith town Centre, with comfortable relaxing seating areas and is  accessible for wheelchair users.  Our onsite café offers a range of freshly cooked dishes from Bacon Rolls to our own Eden Foyer Signature Burger and a range of cold and hot drinks.
  • South Lakes Foyer, Kendal: Conveniently located in Kendal’s town centre, the Foyer has a large conference room seating up to 70 delegates, this room is also suitable for a variety of events including parties and fitness classes. A smaller room seats up to 15 people for meetings or training sessions. We also rent out our café and/or kitchen for full days or short sessions. We can provide refreshments to suit your requirements for any event. www.ywcakendal.org.uk  
  • Oval Centre, Salterbeck: Number of conferencing rooms available at very competitive prices and provide additional catering, equipment and free WI-FI access if required. We provide flip charts, projectors and laptop hire and all of this with direct access from a large car park situated next to the building for you and your attendees.
