Impact for Life

Impact for life is a multi agency initiative that runs 6 open/information days across the county . Tenants and customers are invited to attend each open day to get  information about Pensions Credits, Housing Benefit, Fire Service and Carers for Carers etc.  There is also a chef who does a demonstration on Healthy cooking, then a free lunch and a game of free prize bingo after lunch.  Over the last few years Impact For Life has helped tenants and customers claim £113,315.36 in Housing Benefit, Pension Credits, Attendance Allowance and Carers Allowance. The Impact for life steering group meet early each year to agree and plan the themes and target venues for each years programme.
