Key Actions/Achievements over the last 12 months

• Completing work collating the customer profile for Neighbourhood Management.
• Launch of the County-wide Choice Based Lettings scheme.
• New and improved Impact website with increased accessibility.
• Completion of access audits of all our existing sites and offices and adaptations implemented where possible.
• Successfully helping young and unemployed people gain employability skills and confidence through the Future Jobs fund.
• Improved engagement with customers via the Customer Forum and residents groups.
