What kind of support is available?
Each resident will have an individual support plan that meets their needs. They will be allocated a support worker, who will work with them and help them to make informed choices on issues that are important to them

The aim of the support plan is to encourage and help residents to live as independently as they are able.
They must be willing and able to work with the support provided. Staff will help each person to find suitable permanent accommodation appropriate to their needs and the floating support service is available to make sure that the tenancy is maintained.
How do I refer to the project?
Referrals are considered on an individual basis and are taken from all voluntary and statutory agencies.

Residents Rights
Each person is housed under the terms and conditions of a licence agreement. Their rights are set out in this agreement and in the Residents Charter we give out when they move in.

What is the project about?
The aim of the project is to provide housing with support for men and women over the age of 21 who are homeless, threatened with homelessness or in housing need.
The project can accommodate 6 people. They each have their own bedroom with en-suite bathroom. There is a communal lounge and the kitchen is fully equipped so that they can prepare their own food. Laundry facilities are also provided.
A 24 hour support service is provided.

What is the project about?
The aim of the project is to provide housing with support for young people who are homeless, threatened with homelessness or in housing need.
The project can accommodate 8 young people between the ages of 16 and 21. They each have their own bed-sitting room and share the living room, bathroom and shower room. The kitchen is fully equipped so that they can prepare their own food. Laundry facilities are also provided.
The staff team provide a 24-hour intensive support service.
Linking young people to training, education or employment is a key part of the support offered.
