Tenant’s Rights
Each young person is housed under the terms and conditions of an assured shorthold tenancy agreement. Their rights are set out in this agreement and in the Housing Association Charter we give out when they move in.
We are committed to consulting with and involving tenants in, the planning and delivery of a high quality housing and support service. We value each resident as an individual and promote mutual respect, both of themselves and others within our schemes.
