As a tenant of Impact Housing you have the right to exchange accommodation with tenants of other Housing Associations and Local Authorities. You must obtain prior written approval from us, but we cannot withhold consent unreasonably. In order to qualify for an exchange the main requirements are that:

No tenant involved in the exchange is under a court order for possession.

Over-crowding would not take place as a result of the exchange taking place.

Under occupation would not arise as a result of the exchange.

The exchange would not result in a property, which is meant for occupation by a disabled person or someone with special needs being occupied by other than such a person.
