What is the project about?
The aim of the project is to provide housing with support for men aged 16 and over, who are homeless, threatened with homelessness or in housing need.
What kind of support is available?
Each resident will have an individual support plan that meets their needs. They will be allocated a support worker, who will work with them and help them to make informed choices on issues that are important to them.

The aim of the support plan is to encourage and help our residents to live as independently as they are able.
The men must be willing and able to work with the support provided. Staff will help each man to find suitable permanent accommodation appropriate to his needs and the floating support service is available tomake sure that the tenancy is maintained.
How do I refer to the project?
Referrals are considered on an individual basis and are taken from all voluntary and statutory agencies
