Kendal Impact Social Society

K.I.S.S was set-up in November 2006 for existing tenants of Impact’s Young People Scheme in Kendal and also those that have left and would still like to be involved in the group.

The aims of K.I.S.S are to enable tenants and young people involved with Impact to have greater access to educational and social events. Therefore, giving all tenants the opportunity to develop their educational and social abilities.

All decisions regarding trips andfundingapplications are lead by the young people at quarterly meetings with the support of two members of staff.

Recently, K.I.S.S held an ice-skating trip that was a great success and are now planning a bowling trip with a similar scheme in Ulverston. If you would like any further information about the work of K.I.S.S or future events please do not hesitate to contact Laura or Su on 01539 735093.
