Conference Facilities at the Brewery
If you are seeking a venue for a training day, conference or important meeting then look no further than the Old Brewery residence.
We are situated only minutes from Carlisle's bustling city centre, the Old brewery is easily accessible by both road and rail, offering a convenient and comfortable environment whatever the occasion.

Facilities
The Caldew Room, overlooking the river, is available to hire by companies all year round and can accommodate up to 50 people theatre style or between 25 and 30 for meetings or training sessions. A flip chart, supply of mineral water and mints are included in the room hire charge.
The room has a separate refreshment/syndicate area. Other equipment such as overhead projector, screen, television and video are also available on request.
Rates
Room Rates are approximately £60 per half day and £120 for full day. Refreshments are additional.
First Class Accommodation
The Old Brewery also offers a high standard of accommodation with 200 single study rooms, arranged into five, six or seven bedroomed flats. These are available to conference delegates during the summer months but can also be used by students on work placement with a company in Carlisle, or by employees looking for temporary accommodation or relocating to this part of the country.
Each flat includes a shower-room, bathroom and well equipped kitchen/dining area, and all bedrooms have an individual wash-basin.
A continental breakfast and a cleaning service can be arranged. There are also a number of flats which are suitable for use by the disabled.
The Old Brewery has English Tourism Council 3 star for its self catering.
